Role Description

The Bread Bar is seeking a full-time, on-site Cafe Manager for its Mumbai location. The Cafe Manager will oversee the daily operations of the cafe, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain quality standards for food and beverage services, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include staff training, inventory management, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, and fostering a positive customer experience. The role also involves addressing customer feedback and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with a diverse clientele and team.
• Expertise in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with an understanding of managing cafe or restaurant operations.
• Experience in Sales with the ability to develop strategies for promoting products and achieving business targets.
• Leadership skills with experience in staff training and team management.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management is a plus.
• Passion for artisanal baking and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or the food industry is highly desirable.
