Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Lead, train, and motivate the café staff.

• Keep track of inventory, place supply orders, and manage stock levels.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Handle customer queries and feedback in a polite and efficient manner.

• Monitor sales and prepare basic daily/weekly reports.

• Work with the management team on offers, promotions, and events.

• Ensure all equipment is in working condition.

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of hospitality/retail experience can apply.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Leadership potential with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (billing, POS, Excel preferred).

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
