Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager, located in Pune. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing food and beverage services, and maintaining high standards of food service. The role includes scheduling staff, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and working towards sales goals.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
Proven ability in Sales
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in hospitality or cafe management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
