1. Customer Service & ExperienceEnsure every guest receives a warm, welcoming, and efficient service. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to guide customers (menu, ingredients, allergens, offers). Create a positive and friendly atmosphere that reflects the café’s brand values. 2. Staff Supervision & TrainingSupervise front-of-house staff including baristas, servers, and cashiers. Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, menu knowledge, and upselling. Foster teamwork, discipline, and motivation among the team. 3. Operations & Service QualityOversee daily opening and closing procedures. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the café and staff. Ensure all front-of-house equipment and POS systems are functioning properly. Coordinate with kitchen/back-of-house staff for smooth order flow and timely service. 4. Sales & Financial ManagementMonitor daily sales, cash handling, and POS reconciliation. Drive upselling and promotion of high-margin items (e.g., coffee, desserts, combos). Track inventory of front-of-house supplies and raise purchase requests as needed. Support implementation of offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns. 5. Brand & PresentationEnsure display counters, menu boards, and product presentation are attractive and consistent with brand standards. Maintain décor, music, lighting, and ambiance as per café theme. Ensure staff uniforms and grooming are always up to standard.
