Job Description

Title: CAE Sales Engineer Department: Sales Location: Pune Summary: This role is responsible for driving sales of CAE software and related services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving targeted revenue goals. The successful candidate will leverage their technical understanding of CAE solutions to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute individual sales plans to achieve targeted revenue and market share objectives for CAE software and related services. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and prospects. Needs Assessment & Solution Development:Identify and analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate CAE solutions, and tailor demonstrations and proposals to meet specific requirements. Technical Expertise:Possess a strong technical understanding of CAE software, including features, capabilities, and industry applications. Sales Presentation & Negotiation:Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals. Lead Generation & Qualification:Generate new leads through networking, online research, and industry events. Market Analysis & Trend Identification:Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the CAD/CAE industry. Reporting & Analysis:Accurately track and report on sales activities, performance, and forecast accurately. Qualifications:4-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technical products or services (CAD/CAE preferred).Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.Strong understanding of the CAD/CAE industry and its applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
