Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in audit and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals to execute statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Plan, schedule, and review audit assignments to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Analyze financial statements, identify risks, and provide strategic insights
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards, tax laws (ITR, GST, TDS), and ROC requirements
• Develop and implement audit methodologies and best practices
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams to resolve audit issues
• Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring continuous skill development
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory updates, and financial reporting standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified CA CMA Indiaor equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant audit experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, financial compliance, ITR filing, GST, TDS, and ROC filings
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and financial analysis software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
