🎯Open Domains & Role Descriptions:

1. Global Mobility Services (GMS):

• Assist expatriates and global assignees in individual tax compliance.
• Manage payroll structuring, tax equalization, and international tax planning.
• Coordinate with global offices to streamline employee movement across geographies.

2. Transfer Pricing:

• Perform benchmarking and economic analyses for TP documentation.
• Prepare transfer pricing reports, master files, and local files.
• Assist in planning and defending TP policies during assessments or litigation.

3. Corporate & International Tax:

• Provide advisory and compliance services for domestic and multinational clients.
• Work on direct tax returns, statutory filings, and tax audit support.
• Research tax implications of complex business transactions and keep clients compliant with changing tax laws.

• Support in due diligence, deal structuring, and tax-efficient transaction advisory
• Work with clients on mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to provide end-to-end M&A tax support

💻 Skill Sets:

• Qualifications

  : Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
