Corporate & International Tax – BFSI

• Advise clients in the

  Banking and Financial Services (BFSI)

  sector on direct tax matters
• Work on

  FPI, NBFC, AIF

  tax compliances, assessments, and advisory
• Prepare tax returns, review tax positions, and assist in structuring cross-border transactions.

Corporate & International Tax

• Provide advisory and compliance services for domestic and multinational clients
• Work on direct tax returns, statutory filings, and tax audit support
• Research tax implications of complex business transactions and keep clients compliant with changing tax laws

Transfer Pricing

• Perform benchmarking and economic analyses for TP documentation
• Prepare transfer pricing reports, master files, and local files
• Assist in planning and defending TP policies during assessments or litigation.

Global Mobility Services (GMS)

• Assist expatriates and global assignees in individual tax compliance
• Manage payroll structuring, tax equalization, and international tax planning
• Coordinate with global offices to streamline employee movement across geographies

Skill Sets:

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
