Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager Company: Homeworks Industry: Interior Design Employment Type: Full-Time About Homeworks: Homeworks is a creative interior design company offering end-to-end residential and commercial space design solutions. With a passion for transforming spaces, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our client base and build long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, client referrals, online platforms, and market research. Meet potential clients to understand their interior design needs and pitch company services effectively. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with design teams to present concepts to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update client database and CRM records. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, and project management) to ensure seamless execution. Provide regular reports and updates to management on pipeline, closures, and market trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
