With a passion for transforming spaces, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our client base and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, client referrals, online platforms, and market research.
• Meet potential clients to understand their interior design needs and pitch company services effectively.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with design teams to present concepts to clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update client database and CRM records.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, and project management) to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on pipeline, closures, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Day shift
