Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department: Sales (B2C – EdTech)
Experience: 1–4 years (EdTech Sales required)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Languages: Must know any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) or Marathi

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in EdTech B2C sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about counselling learners, achieving conversions, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2C sales through inbound & outbound calls.
  • Understand the learning needs of students and recommend suitable programs.
  • Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective follow-ups and counselling.
  • Maintain a high conversion ratio and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide regular sales updates, performance reports, and pipeline forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory: Experience in EdTech B2C Sales (1+ year preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
  • Fluency in any South Indian language or Marathi (in addition to English/Hindi).
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable working with targets and fast-paced sales processes.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
