Job Description

Key Result Areas

Achieve throughput and sales volume targets
Develop and manage key customer accounts
Control outstanding and maintain stock levels within defined norms
Enhance customer satisfaction and relationship quality
Coordinate with implementation and service teams for seamless project execution
Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities

Scope of Work

Achieve business goals related to sales, outstanding, and inventory for AV products and solutions
Support Branch Head/Regional Head in creating and executing sales strategies
Develop and manage the dealer network to expand market reach
Build strong relationships with Architects, AV Consultants, and PMCs to generate business opportunities
Identify potential clients and new business segments for growth
Coordinate with internal teams like Marketing, SCM, Service, CRT, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations
Manage outstanding payments and ensure stock availability with zero defectives
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
Collaborate with the Implementation and Service teams for timely project completion
Enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction through regular engagement

Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification

Essential: Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: PGDM/MBA in Sales or Marketing
