Your key responsibilities include: Process Development & Documentation Design and document business processes from scratch, creating process documents and templates. Collaboration with Senior Management Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure business transformation efforts align with strategic objectives. Identifying & Driving Transformation Areas Analyse business areas that need transformation and implement strategies for efficiency and growth. Project Execution & Leadership Lead and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity in transformation projects. Performance Measurement & Reporting Track the success of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
