Work Location: Bengaluru (Last date to apply is 27th June 2025) Note: Shortlisted candidates will receive an interview invitation letter from recruiting team We are hiring SAP MM or S4 HANA sourcing and procurement - No of opening -1 SAP Business System Specialist- GRC - No of opening - 1 What role you will play in team We are looking for a skilled SAP Authorization & Security Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP security and authorization, with a strong understanding of SAP role/user management and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) access control. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure secure and compliant SAP environments while supporting business needs. Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India What you will do SAP Role & User Management: Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and profiles, including custom roles, ensuring alignment with business requirements and security best practices. GRC Access Control & Administration: Provide technical expertise in GRC modules such as Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, and Business Role Management. Perform GRC administration tasks and support compliance initiatives. Compliance & Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure SOX compliance and maintain secure, auditable systems. Impact & Gap Analysis: Conduct detailed impact and gap analyses. Develop and implement corrective action plans to address security-related issues and support end-user requests. Training & Documentation: Create training materials and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on SAP GRC and security best practices for team members. S/4HANA Security : Demonstrate working knowledge of S/4HANA, including Fiori tiles, launchpad configuration, transactional apps, and SAP Personas. Production Support: Provide day-to-day support for SAP security operations, including troubleshooting user access issues and managing change requests. Security Change Management: Evaluate and implement security changes based on evolving business requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders for functional testing and validation. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement in SAP security processes. About you Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP authorization and security Minimum 3 years of experience S4 Hana sourcing & procurement handling development, roll out or support projects. Understand standard best practices in S4 Hana procurement and well versed with processes defined within sourcing and procurement Handle Procure to Pay(P2P)ERP projects, enhancements along with EMIT responsible for working with EMIT, business line to meet go-live timeline. Strong proficiency in SAP role and user management. Hands-on experience with GRC Access Control components is highly desirable. Solid understanding of GRC concepts including SoD (Segregation of Duties) and rule sets. Experience in conducting impact/gap analysis and implementing corrective actions.
