· Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements related to Salesforce applications.
· Document test cases, data validation rules, and business processes.
· Assist with root cause analysis and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
· Familiarity with data integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
