About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Tax

1. Assist the team in establishing the company's tax management system.

2. Take charge of analyzing and promoting Indian fiscal and tax policies, issuing risk warnings, and ensuring policy implementation.

3. Handle tax-related matters in India, including external communication and issue resolution with tax authorities.

4. Provide tax consulting services for Indian operations, offering professional advice and solutions on tax-related issues.

5. Develop standardized procedures for tax accounting and operations.

6. Assist company registration or compliance tasks (ROC, GST, etc.).

7. Manage payroll processing.

8. Perform other tax-related or company management tasks assigned by the team.

HR & Admin

1. Manage the full recruitment life-cycle; Oversee labor relations.

2. Manage office administrative matters.

3. Assist team with ad-hoc operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university in Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance/tax required.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
5. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
6. Knowledge of labor law & corporate law preferred.
7. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Chinese considered a plus.
