Business Support Intern

As a Business Development Intern, you will engage with potential clients/students over the phone, introduce services clearly, and ensure effective communication for driving conversions. Your role is crucial in establishing initial connections and supporting the admissions/sales process. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students. - Clearly and persuasively explain programs/services. - Address queries, provide relevant information, and guide callers through the process. - Follow up with interested leads for maximum conversions. - Maintain accurate call records and daily reports. - Collaborate with the admissions/consulting team for seamless lead handover. Requirements: - Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or Malayalam. - Good persuasion and conversion abilities. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. - Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call logs. - Assist in B2B meetings and partnership discussions. - Support client communication and relationship management. - Contribute to business development strategies and lead generation. - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. - Participate in market research and competitor analysis. - Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
