Business Support Executive:

Job Purpose:

Roles and Responsibilities:

●     Understand client needs and provide pre-sales support

●     Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies

●     Prepare presentations, white papers and other sales collaterals for our offerings for target verticals

●     Make custom presentations, approach notes and sales collaterals for the needs of a specific client

●     Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients

●     Pitch solutions to a client and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service

●     Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations

Functional / Behavioural Skills:

●     Good understanding of marketing and sales principles

●     Excellent communication and presentation skills

●     Quick Learner

●     Ability to work well in a team and build rapport with clients

●     Good Interpersonal and persuasion skills

●     Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualification/Experience:

●     Graduate or Post Graduate in Business Administration

●    1-3 years of experience in Pre Sales or a similar role in an organization providing hardware and software solutions
