Role Overview: The Business Strategist plays a crucial role in data-driven decision-making, research, and strategic execution within the Business Transformation & Strategy team. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, assessing regulatory impacts, and evaluating internal business performance to provide insights that shape transformation initiatives. It is essential to support the execution of key strategic programs by identifying inefficiencies, mapping opportunities, and ensuring alignment with business goals, operational feasibility, and compliance standards. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and execution-focused problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct strategic analysis & market research, including competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and regulatory impact assessments. - Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and product trends to identify areas for improvement. - Track emerging technologies, digital disruptions, and global best practices to assess their relevance for the organization. - Evaluate key operational and financial KPIs to identify gaps and inefficiencies. - Identify and validate new business models, product innovations, and digital transformation initiatives. - Develop insights for cost optimization, revenue growth, and process efficiency improvements. - Assess the external environment, regulatory & risk impact, and evaluate external factors impacting business strategy. - Collaborate with and run cross-functional squads to drive the execution of strategic initiatives. - Monitor project timelines, performance metrics, and business impact to support governance. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. - Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) would be an added advantage.,
