Business Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Analysis

· Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to provide actionable insights.

· Assist in developing annual business plans, quarterly OKRs, and performance tracking dashboards.

· Support leadership in analysing financial statements, operational reports, and KPIs to inform decision-making.

· Identify strategic opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies—propose solutions and drive implementation.

· Contribute to business reviews, investor presentations, and board-level reporting.

Project Leadership

· Lead cross-functional initiatives on behalf of leadership to ensure execution of strategic projects.

· Act as project manager for critical business priorities, ensuring accountability across departments.

· Monitor key initiatives, create milestone reports, and escalate issues proactively.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align resources toward strategic outcomes.

Executive Advisory & Communication

· Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and negotiation support for meetings with stakeholders, investors, and clients.

· Represent executives in internal discussions when required and ensure follow-up on commitments.

· Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing objective insights and recommendations, facilitate cross-team communication, ensuring clarity and alignment on strategic objectives

Leadership Enablement

· Anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions to enable faster decision-making.

· Act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic counsel with hands-on execution.

· Optimize executive bandwidth by prioritizing initiatives that align with business strategy.

Core Competencies:

• Strong business and financial acumen; ability to analyze P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with structured, analytical thinking.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Influential leadership style—capable of driving outcomes without formal authority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,745.56 - ₹72,743.83 per month
