Role Overview

• This role combines

  business analysis, growth strategy, and process optimization

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years

  in business analysis, e-commerce strategy, or digital growth roles (preferably in the Shopify ecosystem).
• Strong understanding of

  Shopify platform capabilities

  , merchant challenges, and growth levers.
• Experience in creating

  business cases, GTM strategies, and ROI models

  .
• Hands-on expertise with

  e-commerce analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization

  .
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (

  ClickUp, Asana, Trello

  ).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills — ability to simplify complex insights for varied audiences.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in

  data visualization and dashboarding tools

  (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).Comfortable working with

  UX analytics

  (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity),

  SEO tools

  (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and

  marketing automation

  (Klaviyo, Omnisend, HubSpot).
