Job Title: Business Solutions Partner – Odoo

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid)

About the Role

GlobX is on a mission to simplify, streamline, and scale businesses through Odoo ERP across Africa, UAE, and India. As we expand our presence in India, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Solutions Partner to lead our growth in Kochi and the South Indian market.

This isn’t just a sales role — it’s a strategic, client-facing position where you’ll identify opportunities, understand business challenges, and offer tailored Odoo solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with MSMEs / SMEs and enterprises across Kerala & South India
• Conduct discovery calls, assess client needs, and propose the right Odoo solution
• Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to deliver end-to-end ERP rollout
• Build strong client relationships with a consultative approach
• Drive lead generation through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events
• Represent GlobX in meetings, roadshows, and partner engagements in the region
• Meet monthly targets for lead conversion, revenue, and account activation

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B/solution sales, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or consulting
• Strong understanding of business workflows: Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and digital lead-generation tools
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-obsessed
• Experiance in Odoo will be an advantage
