Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with MSMEs / SMEs and enterprises across Kerala & South India Conduct discovery calls, assess client needs, and propose the right Odoo solution Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to deliver end-to-end ERP rollout Build strong client relationships with a consultative approach Drive lead generation through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events Represent GlobX in meetings, roadshows, and partner engagements in the region Meet monthly targets for lead conversion, revenue, and account activation What You Bring 3–6 years of experience in B2B/solution sales, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or consulting Strong understanding of business workflows: Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc. Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written) Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable with LinkedIn and digital lead-generation tools Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-obsessed Why Join GlobX?
