You are Oscorm Digital's ideal candidate for the Business Sales Manager position with your 13 years of experience in dealing with Indian clients. Your role will involve generating, qualifying, and converting leads from various sources, preparing and customizing proposals for a range of digital services, understanding client requirements, and achieving sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Generate, qualify, and convert leads from Meta ads, web inquiries, and other sources. - Prepare, customize, and present proposals for various services including SEO, Paid Advertising Campaigns, Website Design & Development, eCommerce Solutions, Social Media Management, Mobile Applications, SME Web Applications, and Custom Software Solutions. - Ensure understanding of client requirements, company costing, infrastructure, and budget alignments before finalizing proposals. - Conduct strong follow-ups and negotiations for timely closures. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with measurable results. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 12 years of sales/business development experience in digital services. - Strong exposure to Indian client management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills. - Proficiency in calculating pricing, expenses, and profitability margins accurately. - Strong negotiation and client handling skills with a problem-solving mindset. - Track record of meeting or exceeding past sales targets.
