We partner with 200+ schools across India to deliver hands-on science kits, AI labs, and smart learning solutions that help institutions stand out, improve admissions, and build a culture of real learning. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Manager – Sales , you’ll be the face of IE Skool to school leaders. Your mission? Build trust, understand their challenges, and offer transformational solutions like our School Branded Science Kit (Dexter Box), AI Labs, and 6-in-1 STEM Labs. Your Key Responsibilities: 🚀 Lead product discovery calls and school meetings (online & offline) 👥 Guide and manage a team of School Growth Advisors 🤝 Understand school needs and recommend the right IE Skool solution 💬 Follow up consistently via CRM, WhatsApp & email to drive conversions 📈 Work closely with the founders to close deals and meet revenue goals 📦 Oversee delivery of trial kits and transition leads through the sales pipeline 📍 Coordinate with internal teams to track progress from lead → kit → deal ✅ What We’re Looking For ✅ 3+ years of experience in B2B school sales (EdTech, publishing, assessments, labs, etc.) ✅ Strong storytelling and discovery skills – you ask the right questions ✅ Proactive follow-ups, ownership, and clarity in communication ✅ Comfort with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Meet & structured processes ✅ You love building genuine, long-term relationships with schools 🔎 How We Work – Our Sales Team Standards At IE Skool, we believe sales is about trust, not transactions.
