Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for recruitment, training and giving on field sales support to Insurance Advisors and achieving business targets. The role demands effective communication with stakeholders, training and mentoring the team, and identifying new business opportunities to support the organization's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to build lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor team.
• Graduation in any Field
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a significant advantage.
