Role Overview The Business Manager Sales will lead the sales function with responsibility for revenue growth, pipeline management, sales conversions, and client acquisition for interior and construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, customer relationship capability, and result-oriented execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Build a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and corporate interior/construction projects. • Identify new market segments, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities. 2. Lead & Pipeline Management • Oversee end-to-end lead management: inquiry proposal follow-up closure. • Ensure structured follow-up processes with defined timelines. • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance through dashboards/MIS. 3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management • Meet key clients, architects, PMC consultants, corporate decision makers, and channel partners. • Drive proposal presentations, negotiations, and final closures. • Ensure exceptional client experience to drive referrals and repeat business. 4. Team Leadership & Performance • Lead and mentor the sales team (BDEs / Sales Executives / Client Advisors). • Define individual targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability. • Conduct training on sales pitch, negotiation, objection handling, and brand positioning. 5. Collaboration & Coordination • Work closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams for accurate proposals. • Coordinate with marketing to ensure quality lead generation. • Ensure alignment between pricing strategy, costing, and business profitability. 6. Reporting & Governance • Present monthly revenue reports, sales funnel status, and forecast projections to management. • Maintain disciplined documentation, CRM usage, and process adherence.
