A Business Presentation Specialist (BPS) translates ideas and concepts into clear, effective charts. They often work from consultant notes/emails/calls/excel data, transforming the information into a visual approach appropriate to the requirement. The BPS will use Frost & Sullivan's frameworks and formats to achieve the best possible results. Business Presentation Specialists are not only strong visualizers, but they also ensure that the text and data on a chart are virtually error-free and that the presentation matches client needs and our Quality standards.BPS creates PPT charts from data and content provided/shared by Business Units within an agreed-upon time frame, ranging from under an hour to over 4 hours. A BPS’ work involves the creation of new pages/slides, editing and formatting existing documents, as well as converting presentations from one template to another
Responsibilities
- ensure uniformed font styles, sizes and alignment across all slides with no formatting discrepancies
- apply consistent colour schemes aligned with company branding, avoiding clashing or inconsistent usage
- use high-resolution images (minimum 30 DPI) with no pixelation, ensuring clarity
- create clear, concise slides with minimal text clutter, effectively conveying the message
- maintain a visually appealing design with balanced use of white space, text and images for cohesive look
- submit slides for final review with no required revisions for visual design, by the deadline (the above have been broadly described and will change slightly as the projects progress)
Required Competencies
- Diploma or/Bachelor fresh graduate in any discipline in design, though not necessary.
- Strong verbal and written comprehension skills in English
- Ability to work across tight timelines
- Microsoft Power Point Proficiency (i.e., be familiar with creating presentations in Microsoft’s PowerPoint application
- , Microsoft Office.
- Creative thinking and can translate word documents into graphic representation
