About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Business Presentation Specialist to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex business insights to our clients. This role requires a blend of visual storytelling, strong design skills, and the ability to translate business concepts into engaging, impactful presentations.


Key Responsibilities:


Design and Development:

  • Collaborate with consultants and project teams to design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that align with business objectives.
  • Translate complex data, business insights, and strategies into clear and impactful visuals, charts, graphs, and infographics.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of design quality.


Content Structuring:

  • Work with content experts to structure presentations that tell a coherent and persuasive story.
  • Simplify complex information and tailor presentations for a variety of audiences, from internal teams to C-level executives and clients.


Review and Editing:

  • Review and edit presentations for grammar, style, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the content and design to enhance engagement and effectiveness.


Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate presentations based on input.


Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay updated on presentation trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the quality of deliverables.
  • Suggest innovative design ideas and presentation formats to improve client communication.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

    in a presentation specialist or graphic design role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.


Skills:

  • Strong visual storytelling and graphic design skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in formatting and consistency.
  • Ability to translate complex business concepts into visual formats.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within teams.


Preferred:

  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is an advantage.
