Business Presentation Specialist

In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to understand their needs and gather presentation content. You will transform complex information into clear, engaging, and impactful slides that align with the company's brand and mission. Incorporating data visualizations, charts, graphs, multimedia elements, storytelling techniques, and infographics will be essential to create compelling presentations that captivate the audience and effectively communicate key messages. Working on a project basis, you will deliver high-quality decks within agreed timelines. Exposure to contemporary presentation designs and the ability to research, benchmark, and seek best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. You must ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual standards across all materials. Additionally, you should have the vision to independently come up with fresh slide designs and layouts. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather presentation content - Transform complex information into clear, engaging slides - Incorporate data visualizations, charts, graphs, multimedia elements, and infographics - Deliver high-quality decks within agreed timelines - Research and seek best practices for presentation designs - Ensure consistency in branding and visual standards - Independently create fresh slide designs and layouts Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience as a PowerPoint Presentation Designer or in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Strong portfolio showcasing design ability - Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, additional knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a plus - Keen eye for detail, layout, and typography - Creative storytelling skills - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects - Proactive, flexible approach and commitment to meeting deadlines The company is seeking a candidate with a background in any graduate or postgraduate degree and skills in charts, infographics, layout, typography, presentations, Figma, graphs, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and visual storytelling.,
