As a driven professional at Balance Nutrition, you will play a crucial role in expanding partnerships and growth initiatives across various verticals. This position involves close collaboration with the founders and offers dynamic responsibilities that go beyond a fixed checklist. Your main responsibilities will include building and nurturing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing end-to-end execution, from market research and pitching to onboarding and scaling partnerships. This unique role at Balance Nutrition combines elements of strategy, sales, and execution, offering you the chance to influence how the company enters new markets, designs co-branded programs, and establishes impactful partnerships with corporates, fitness institutions, schools, and insurance companies. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate adaptability, ownership, and the ability to transform ideas into tangible growth opportunities. You may focus on one of the following verticals based on your skill set: - Corporate Wellness & Franchising: Partner with organizations to develop and implement employee well-being programs, covering nutrition, lifestyle management, and preventive health. Drive franchise opportunities to expand Balance Nutrition's presence in new markets. - Institutional (Gyms & Schools): Create partnerships with gyms, fitness centers, and schools to integrate technology and services. Work on initiatives promoting healthy beginnings and healthier campuses in early childhood education and schools. - Pharma & Medical Division: Forge collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, doctors, and clinics to integrate nutrition solutions into patient care and preventive health. Your responsibilities across these areas will involve launching new verticals, developing go-to-market strategies, managing sales flows, conducting user research, and fostering a high-performance organization with a growth-oriented culture. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in alliances and partnerships. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently close deals. - Excellent communication skills with a persuasive ability. Soft Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels. - Detail-oriented with a drive for learning and excellence. - Positive, professional attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset. - Creative thinker capable of developing innovative approaches to challenges. - High emotional intelligence to manage stress and remain composed in demanding situations.
