Cofounder (CMO/CSO – Marketing & Sales) with strong experience in sales strategy, insurance distribution, and fundraising exposure.(Remote/Hybrid position)

We are an early-stage insurance broking & wealth advisory technology company, building innovative solutions to make insurance and financial products more accessible, transparent, and customer-friendly. We are looking for a Co-Founder (Marketing & Sales) who can lead our growth journey, set up the sales & marketing engine from scratch, and take ownership of customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This is a full-time co-founder role focused on insurance, loans & financial products distribution. As the Co-Founder – Marketing & Sales, you will:

• Lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and channel development.
• Create and execute sales & marketing strategies for insurance and allied financial products.
• Build and manage a sales & marketing team over time.
• Develop digital marketing, outreach, and B2B/B2C growth channels.
• Drive fundraising efforts alongside the founding team by showcasing market traction.
• Work closely with the CEO & other co-founders on business expansion and client growth.

• Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
• Deep understanding of insurance broking / BFSI industry preferred.
• Proven track record of closing deals, scaling revenue, and meeting targets.
• Experience in digital marketing, distribution partnerships, or financial product sales.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, or related fields (not mandatory if you have proven experience).

• This is an equity-based co-founder profile (salary to be offered after seed/Series A funding).
• Equity split will be decided based on experience, contribution, and value-add.
