Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Partner located in New Delhi. The Business Partner will oversee day-to-day operations across national and Global network, build strategic partnerships for International businesses and FDIs and align business strategies to EAI’s mission and objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, implementing programs for economic empowerment, and driving growth initiatives for entrepreneurs, women, and farmers.

Qualifications

***Must have Entrepreneurial Mindset to lead verticals of EAI

• Strategic and operational planning, project execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong capabilities in partnership building, networking, and relationship management
• Experience in managing programs focused on youth and community empowerment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Understanding of entrepreneurship, economic development, and social impact is an advantage
• Master degree in Business Administration, Social Work, International business, Economics, or related field
• Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a leadership or similar role is preferred
