This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner located in Mumbai, with the flexibility of some work from home. You will be required to conduct market research, prepare business plans, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of business strategies. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, manage resources, and provide leadership to ensure goals are met. To excel in this role, you should possess strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills. Experience in market research, business planning, and strategic guidance would be beneficial. Proficiency in project management, resource management, and verbal communication is essential. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
