Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach:

  Drive campaigns to identify and connect with Doctors and Clinic owners via LinkedIn, Email, and direct outreach.

• Team Building & Management:

  Assist in

  hiring

  , onboarding, and managing a team of interns/freelancers to ensure smooth operations.

• Client Presentations:

  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations/demos of our AI and Web solutions to potential healthcare clients.

• Strategy & Marketing:

  Develop go-to-market strategies specifically for the medical niche and build the Digtize brand.

• Operational Support:

  Work closely with the founder on business documents, investor pitches (if applicable), and day-to-day decision-making.

Requirements:

• Passion for startups, SaaS, and the Healthcare/Health-tech industry.

• Leadership Skills:

  Ability to hire talent and manage a small team effectively.
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) are essential for pitching to doctors and managing the team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a "Get It Done" attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Presentation software is a plus.
