Business Operations Senior Analyst

You will be part of the NTT DATA Account Operations Team in Gurgaon, supporting Account Leaders in Contract Management, Account Governance, and Business Process Compliance activities. Your primary focus will be on enabling Client Managers to concentrate on account growth by handling account operations/administrative tasks, enhancing processes/data/compliance/awareness, providing proactive insights, and supporting org-wide initiatives. As an Operations Support Associate/Senior Associate, you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operational activities on a daily basis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your strong process/business knowledge and experience with End-to-End Order-to-Cash processes, including functional knowledge of each sub-stream. - Set up new contracts/projects in the system accurately and perform maintenance activities as needed. - Coordinate with all Order-to-Cash sub streams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers. - Reduce unbilled items consistently and meet SLAs and KPIs from a production standpoint. - Engage in discussions with various stakeholders to maintain smooth communication of operational activities. - Track account operations, ensure process compliance, and perform repeatable administrative actions. - Provide continuous improvement ideas and have knowledge of revenue recognition methods. - Collaborate with different teams to ensure a smooth month, quarter, and year-end closing process. **Qualifications Required:** - 3 to 4+ years of experience in Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing, Order Management, or AR is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to use systems effectively for management purposes. - Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is an added advantage. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and analytical skills. - Self-management skills with attention to detail, quality deliverables, and optimization of results. - Flexibility to adapt to business requirements and coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders effectively. - Previous experience in Operations or Back-office Support Services is preferred. - Ability to monitor deliverables, maintain SLAs, and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
