Business Operations Senior Analyst

Role Overview: You will be a part of Accenture Research Global Business Operations Team, where you will play a crucial role in creating and managing process management tools and reporting for Accenture Research Leadership. Your responsibilities will involve tracking and lifecycle management of global thought leadership publications, producing global reporting on research activities, supporting the Research Talent agenda, contributing to research operations excellence, and collaborating with global stakeholders to enhance visibility and strategic alignment of research outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead tracking and lifecycle management of Accenture's global thought leadership publications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and process flow - Co-develop and maintain global reporting on Accenture Research activities, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries of research output and engagement - Support the Research Talent agenda through coordination of recruitment, onboarding, training programs, coaching initiatives, and performance management processes - Act as a key contributor to research operations excellence by implementing efficient processes, monitoring key initiatives, and driving continuous improvement - Collaborate with global research and business stakeholders to enhance visibility, impact, and strategic alignment of research outputs Qualifications Required: - A bachelors degree in economics, business, finance, engineering, or other related areas - A full-time masters degree in economics, business, or equivalent - 1 to 2 years of relevant process and project management experience, with association with economic research considered a plus Additional Information: You will report to the Research Senior Principal in the Business Operations team. The preferred location for this role is Hyderabad or Chennai, India. The preferred start date is at the earliest.
