Business Operations Senior Analyst

As an Accounting/Finance resource at NTT DATA in Gurgaon, you will be part of the Account Operations Team responsible for supporting Account Leaders in Contract Management, Account Governance, and Business Process Compliance activities. Your primary focus will be enabling Client Managers to concentrate on account growth by handling account operations/administrative tasks, improving processes/data/compliance/awareness, providing proactive insights, and supporting actions related to org-wide initiatives. You will work closely with the CMS Organization Business Support Team to ensure overall contract management support, account operations tracking, process compliance activities, and client onboarding activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize strong process/business knowledge and experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and functional knowledge of each sub-stream - Set up newly received contracts/projects in the system accurately and perform maintenance activities as required - Coordinate with all Order-to-Cash sub streams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers - Focus on reducing unbilled items and meeting SLAs and KPIs of the team - Engage in regular communication with Delivery managers, Project Managers, Vertical CFOs, Financial analysts, and other key stakeholders - Track account operations, ensure process compliance, and execute repeatable administrative actions with minimal coordination - Provide continuous improvement ideas and have knowledge of revenue recognition methods - Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth month, quarter, and year-end closing processes **Qualifications Required:** - 3 to 4 plus years of experience in at least one of the process areas such as Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/Order Management/AR - Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook - Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com will be an added advantage - Strong communication (verbal and written) & analytical skills - Ability to understand complex business problems and propose solutions - Self-managed individual with effective organizational and management skills - Strong business acumen and ability to drive process improvements - Experience in Operations or Back-office Support Services is preferred - Ability to effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management - Monitoring deliverables, ensuring timely completion of change requests/requirements, and maintaining SLAs This role at NTT DATA offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is driving operational excellence and supporting clients in overcoming technology challenges to stay competitive.,
