Key Responsibilities

• Review SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing campaigns for quality, strategy, and ROI alignment.
• Analyze skill levels, tool proficiency, creative approach, and analytical thinking of digital marketers across categories.
• Develop frameworks and scorecards to measure campaign quality, engagement, conversion efficiency, and creative standards.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to validate KPIs and prepare audit summaries.
• Present structured feedback, improvement plans, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, algorithm changes, and ad-tech innovations to enhance evaluation criteria.

Who You Are

• 1–4 years of experience in

  Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Analytics

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics dashboards

  .
• Experience in campaign auditing, performance reviews, or client success management is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for creative and strategic details.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
