Business Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with front desk operations, call handling, and visitor coordination
  • Support meeting scheduling, calendar management, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Assist HR with onboarding processes and maintaining employee records
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and filing/documentation
  • Help in preparing reports, presentations, and tracking expenses
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational protocols, and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently
  • Only candidates with 

    no prior full-time experience (freshers)
