Key Responsibilities: Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tour packages for individual and group clients. Vendor Management: Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to negotiate rates and ensure quality service delivery. Itinerary Planning: Develop detailed travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered. Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide travel advice, and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel. Documentation: Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation. Budget Management: Monitor travel budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, and provide clients with accurate pricing information. Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle travel disruptions effectively. Reporting: Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and client feedback; prepare reports on travel operations as required. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
