You will play a crucial role in handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective property buyers, sellers, and renters. Strong sales, convincing skills, and rapport-building ability are essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads generated via online platforms, social media, and internal databases. Understand and document client requirements including budget, location preference, and property type. Nurture leads with regular follow-ups and maintain strong rapport to convert interest into site visits and sales. Suggest relevant properties and assist in scheduling site visits or virtual walkthroughs. Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle — from initial contact to sales closure. Coordinate with builder representatives to gather inventory availability and project-specific information. Schedule site visits and liaise with on-ground teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates using CRM tools. Provide prompt responses to client queries and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales journey.
