Job Summary: Are you looking for an internship in a Real Estate Firm? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Consultant Intern to join our team. The intern will assist property consultants with various tasks, gaining experience in property valuation, client interaction, market analysis, and the sales process. Responsibilities: * Assist property consultants with client interactions, including answering inquiries and scheduling property viewings. * Conduct market research to identify property trends and opportunities. * Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and presentations. * Accompany property consultants to property viewings and client meetings. * Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management. * Learn and understand real estate regulations and industry best practices. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: * Have knowledge of real estate, business administration, marketing, or a related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
