As an intern, you will work alongside property consultants, assisting them with various tasks such as property valuation, client interactions, market analysis, and the sales process. Your responsibilities will include supporting property consultants in engaging with clients by responding to inquiries and arranging property viewings. You will also be involved in conducting market research to recognize property trends and potentials. Additionally, preparing property listings, marketing materials, and presentations will be part of your role. Attending property viewings and client meetings with property consultants, assisting in administrative duties like data entry and file management, understanding real estate regulations, and participating in team meetings and training sessions are also key aspects of this internship. To qualify for this position, you should possess knowledge in real estate, business administration, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial, along with outstanding organizational and time-management skills. A proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential traits we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
