Business Operations Executive - US Shift

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with approved vendors, conducting meetings to evaluate products and services, negotiating pricing, and addressing any concerns. You will research available vendors to identify the best in terms of pricing and quality, monitor purchase requests, set performance standards for vendors, and proactively manage client orders to enhance customer service. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as a vendor operations manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, effective multitasking abilities, strong negotiation and decision-making skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. A strong work ethic and dedication to your responsibilities will be crucial for success in this position.
