Role Overview

The Business Operations Associate will support day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth coordination across teams, and maintain accurate operational records. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational trackers, sheets, and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with faculty members to schedule and manage classes, ensuring timely communication and execution.
• Act as a liaison between departments to enable seamless inter-departmental collaboration and issue resolution.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify improvement areas, and support process enhancements.
• Assist in planning and execution of department meetings, including follow-ups and action tracking.
• Support leadership by managing calendars, preparing reports, and organizing documents for review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership.

Language Requirement

• Tamil-speaking candidates preferred

  (ability to communicate fluently in Tamil will be an added advantage).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an educational or EdTech organization.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
