About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Officer (BO) to join our team in Prayagraj as a key member driving both field operations and backend support. This role demands a proactive professional who can seamlessly manage on-ground project execution while ensuring high- quality documentation and reporting for our donor partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful solar electrification and rural

development initiatives across Uttar Pradesh and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations

- Conduct need-assessment surveys for schools, hospitals, and villages.

- Supervise solar project installations and coordinate with vendors/technical teams.

- Ensure timely O&M (Operation & Maintenance) follow-ups and troubleshoot issues.

- Facilitate donor visits and site inspections with professionalism and preparedness.

Backend Documentation

- Draft MOUs, proposals, and other formal documents as per project requirements.

- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and impact assessment notes for donors and

Internal management

- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation to avoid reporting gaps.

- Support backend coordination for budgeting, logistics, and compliance-related tasks.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Management, Rural Development, or related fields.

- 2–4 years of experience in field operations, project management, or CSR/NGO sector preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

- Willingness to travel extensively within districts for fieldwork.

Compensation

CTC: ₹3 – 4 Lakh per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
