Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Executive her office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination for content shoots, book launch tasks, workshops, partnerships, and retreats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage calendar, appointments, travel, meeting coordination
• Handle emails & communication with publishers, agencies, partners
• Organize deadlines, reminders, follow-ups
• Maintain files, folders, content trackers
• Assist in preparing documents, presentations
• Support in managing online workshops (Zoom support, chat support)
• Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers
• Order supplies, handle logistics for home/office
• Maintain confidentiality
  

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong follow-through
• Tech friendly: Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Zoom, Instagram basics
• Calm under pressure
  

SALARY (PUNE)

₹25,000 — ₹30,000/month (experience-based)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
