Job Description

Assist India MD and Ex. Business Manager in orchestrating regional strategy and priorities
Orchestrate and own regional governance for the entity to ensure strong momentum on execution
Lead and deliver multiple key programs ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met; projects can range from risk initiatives, people initiatives, change and branding initiatives
Develop high-quality project plans and communicate project outcomes effectively alongside the Project Sponsor to secure organizational support
Own and operate MD Office specific controls including third parties, business continuity, regulatory compliance, effectively and independently to ensure strong compliance to risk and controls
Lead and manage end to end business management including visitor management, stakeholder visits, events, vendor contractors, etc
Work closely with cross functional teams and enabling functions such as HR, Facility management , procurement, technology, etc to ensure entity specific processes are working smoothly
Represent India office in various senior forums around governance and proactively identify opportunities to enhance overall effectiveness of the site
Utilise strong problem-solving and multi tasking skills, navigate challenges across functions, often handling ambiguous scenarios to deliver practical, strategic solutions.
Establish external networks, develop market intelligence, and foster thought leadership.
Delivering expert advice using specialist knowledge and applying judgment for solutions.
Integral part of the several Cross Functional Teams such as WE, DEI, etc and face off to external industry associations such as NASSCOM to ensure our engagement with them.
