Job Title: Network Business Manager / Regional Manager / AGM

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Business Manager / Sales Specialist to

drive business growth in the enterprise networking domain. The ideal candidate will have proven

expertise in promoting and selling Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper networking solutions across B2B

clients in Delhi NCR.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client

relationships, and achieving sales targets by providing high-value networking solutions and

services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper

networking products and solutions.

• Engage with enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners to promote

networking and connectivity offerings.

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation

and closure.

• Build strong relationships with OEMs (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper) to leverage market

programs and joint sales activities.

• Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to design and deliver customized

networking solutions.

• Manage pipeline forecasting, revenue reporting, and account planning in alignment with

business objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in the

networking domain.

• Ensure post-sales satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise

accounts.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking solution sales / business

development.

• Strong understanding of Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper product lines (switching, routing,

wireless, SD-WAN, network security).

• Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales within IT infrastructure or networking

domain.

• Strong network of enterprise clients, channel partners, and OEM contacts in the Delhi

NCR region.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business Administration (MBA preferred).

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory):

• Cisco Sales Expert / CCNA / CCNP

• Aruba Certified Sales Professional (ACSP)

• Juniper Sales / Technical Certification
