Business Manager - MSME

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the sales target assigned, handling a team of Relationship Officers, acquiring new clients, and generating business for MSME Business. Additionally, you will be accountable for individual and team targets, sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, managing overdue collections, team productivity, business development, team motivation/training, product training, managing internal and external channels for business expansion, and coordinating with other departments for loan processing and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the assigned sales target - Handle a team of Relationship Officers - Acquire new clients and generate business for MSME Business - Meet individual and team targets - Source, service, and disburse business while managing overdue collections - Ensure team productivity and business development - Motivate and train the team - Provide product training to existing and new team members - Manage internal and external channels for business expansion - Coordinate with other departments for loan processing and smooth operations - Oversee overdue collections and revenue generation process Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in sales and collection of Asset Finance products, LAP, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc., from Banks/NBFC/Financial Institutions - Knowledge and hands-on experience in retail sales - Good client servicing skills - Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills Additional Details: The company is looking for individuals with a strong background in sales and collection, particularly in Asset Finance products, LAP, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc., from Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.
