The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets and overseeing a team of Relationship Officers and Managers. You will be expected to focus on new client acquisition and business generation in the MSME sector. In addition to individual and team target responsibilities, you will also handle sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business while managing overdue collections. Your role will involve ensuring team productivity, offering motivation and training, and providing product training to both new and existing team members. Managing internal and external channels for business expansion and development will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with coordinating with other departments for loan processing and ensuring smooth servicing and operations. Overdue collections and revenue generation processes will also fall under your purview. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in sales and collection within Asset Finance products, LAP, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc., preferably from Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions. Retail sales knowledge and hands-on experience are essential, along with strong client servicing, financial, analytical, and communication skills.
